Giant vesicles as biomimetic model
Giant vesicles (f = 5-50mm) has been proposed as biomimetic
model for presenting curvature radii in the order of those presented in celullar membranes, been attracting also
for micromanipulation as supramolecular structure. Studies in giant vesicles bilayers properties and microreactors
through phase contrast and fluorescence microscopy.
