COMPOSTOS CARBONÍLICOS HETEROSSUBSTITUÍDOS

O objetivo principal das pesquisas em desenvolvimento no grupo é de elucidar as bases estereo-eletrônicas do equilíbrio conformacional de compostos carbonílicos-, fosforílicos-, oximas- alfa-tio-, alfa-hetero-substituídos e antibióticos beta-lactâmicos através das espectrometrias: Infravermelho, Ressonância Magnética Nuclear, Ultravioleta, Fotoeletrônica e de Transmissão de Elétrons, apoiadas por cálculos teóricos. Estudos da dinâmica da inversão piramidal do átomo de nitrogênio em sistemas heterocíclicos do tipo oxadiazinan-2-onas através de RMN à temperatura variada e cálculos teóricos estão em desenvolvimento. O estudo mecanístico e sintético de algumas alfa-[dietóxifosforil], alfa-[tio]-acetofenonas e seus correpondentes enolfosfatos obtidos através das reações de Perkow e Michaelis-Arbuzov, bem como de alguns alfa-alquilsulfonil acetatos de fenila obtidos pelo rearranjo oxidativo de Baeyer-Villiger, encontram-se em andamento. A síntese estereosseletiva de 1,2-nitroalcoois via reação de Henry e o estudo conformacional de seus produtos O-acilados fazem parte dos trabalhos em desenvolvimento em nosso grupo. Adicionalmente, o estudo da atividade anticolinesterásica de alguns beta-ceto-fosfonatos encontra-se em andamento.
Recentemente, estão sendo estudadas as seguintes classes de compostos carbonílicos beta-substituídos: a) 2-(heteroacetil)-furanos,-tiofenos,-pirróis-5-substituídos; b)alfa-fenilsulfanil, alfa -fenilsulfionil-, alfa-fenilsulfonil-N-metil-delta-valerolactamas;c)(alfa-fenilseleno-alfa-etilsulfinil)acetofenonas-para-substituídas.
