Admission to the program occurs every six months through a rigorous selection process, which includes a written test assessing fundamental knowledge of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Additionally, students may gain admission through the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) Subject Test in Biology, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of their aptitude and potential.
***International Applicants: the entrance exam is offered online in four countries (Argentina, Colombia, Peru and Portugal) in addition to Brazil. The entrance test is also offered in English, on demand.
Students entering the Master's and Doctorate courses, as well as those who go from Master's to Direct Doctorate, are considered candidates for the new scholarships available based on the grade obtained in the entrance exam, with the classification valid every six months. The criterion primarily includes students of permanent advisors and considers the number of institutional scholarships that are already under the responsibility of the advisor.
